W tekście analizuję ustrukturowanie semantyczne słowa „gra” w celu przebadania powiązań zjawiska ludyczności z różnymi formami poznania. Korzystam z wyników badań Johana Huizingi i Hansa-Georga Gadamera, którzy w swych sławnych pracach zrekonstruowali prymarną naturę uczestnictwa w grach, ich fundamentalną rolę z procesach kulturyzacji ludzkich społeczeństw (Huizinga) oraz udział w fenomenie wszelkiego rozumienia (hermeneutyka filozoficzna Gadamera). W drugim, komplementarnym tekście przedstawię filiacje między poznaniem i ludycznością w oparciu o model poznania rozumiany jako teoretyczne rozkładanie złożoności przedmiotu badań.

In the text I analyze the semantic structuring of the word “game” in order to study the connections of the phenomenon of ludicity with various forms of cognition. I use the results of the research of Johan Huizinga and Hans-Georg Gadamer, who in their famous works reconstructed the primordial nature of participation in games, their fundamental role in the processes of culturalization of human societies (Huizinga) and their participation in the phenomenon of all understanding (Gadamer’s philosophical hermeneutics). In the second, complementary text, I present the filiation between cognition and ludicity based on the model of cognition understood as a theoretical decomposition of the complexity of the object of study.
